We design and manufacture many unique products and in many cases we customize each unit to meet the customer's requirements. With this amount of specialization, we have opted not have an online order placement system. This allows us to have better customer interaction and better accuracy when we process customer orders and be sure the customer gets the product that they want. To place an order or to acquire additional information, contact us. If you require technical support or other help installing or troubleshooting our products, give us a call or send an email to the address below. Calls for support can generally be handled within a few SECONDS (that is, you will get to talk with an engineer that can help to resolve your problem or answer your question very quickly). Please do NOT spend lots of time trying to figure out what the problem solution is when we are readily available (during business hours). Note that we also have a 'Downloads' page linked above. You may be able to get information you are seeking by downloading product manuals,  information sheets or software.
