| Internal PCI/ISA Boards | Time code reader/generator products that run in IBM PC or PC clones. Used for many functions including locking a computer's time of day clock to the time code as well as reading time code in conjunction with closed captioning encoding systems. Some new features supported in the PCI product line are the ability to read Line21 data (closed captioning, V-Chip, Text...) from encoded video and to display the time code data (reader or generator) on the screen (window burn). |
| Stand Alone Readers | These small "boxes" read LTC and/or VITC time codes. The time code data is available to computer or controller via an RS232 / RS422 serial cable. Use with Apple's Final Cut Pro to capture live time code while ingesting/capturing video. |
